03 Feb ACTUATED VALVE PACKAGE FOR OFFSHORE OIL & GAS FACILITIES – REACH INTEGRATED AWARDED BY SEA HIBISCUS
Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad (HIBISCUS) is Malaysia’s first listed independent oil and gas exploration and production company. It is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The 2011 North Sabah Enhanced Oil Recovery Production Sharing Contract (North Sabah PSC) is HIBISCUS’ first Malaysian oil and gas asset. SEA Hibiscus Sdn Bhd (SEAH), a subsidiary of HIBISCUS has been the operator of North Sabah PSC since March 2018.
SEAH also operates the South Furious 30 (SF30) Oil Field under the North Sabah PSC. The SF30 Water Flood Phase 2 Project was approved to commence on August 2022, which involves drilling of six water injectors and five oil infill wells at the SF30 Field. With the aims of increasing production & reserves recovery via pressure support from water injection and sweep into existing and new oil producers. This calls for a new water injection facility which will be bridge-linked to an existing facility.
Under this arrangement, SEAH has awarded Reach Integrated a Contract for Supply, Factory Tests, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning of 10 unit of Motor Operated Valves (MOVs) for the SF30 Water Flood Phase 2 Project with ROTORK Electric Actuators and Ball Valves by MIR VALVE.
