14 Dec Reach Integrated Completes Increase Share Capital Exercise and Announces New Shareholders & Board of Directors
Reach Integrated has just successfully completed its increase of share capital exercise with the issuance of additional 650,000 new & ordinary shares, each fully paid-up. With this increase, Reach Integrated’s paid-up capital now has increased to RM750,000.00 from RM100,000.00 previously.
The new shares have been issued and acquired mainly by Encik Nordin Buyong (Malaysian, Aged:64), with a total of 626,500 shares under his possession. A member of King Edward VII School Old Boys, Encik Nordin Buyong joined Radio Televisyen Malaysia or better known as RTM in 1961 and started his career as a Broadcasting Assistant. From 1983 until 1986, he held the position of Drama Producer in the Malay Division of RTM after which he was transferred to the Public Relations Department and served there until 1989. During the course of his service with RTM, he was a qualified Lecturer at the Institute Penyiaran Tun Abdul Razak or IPTAR from 1989 till 1997 after attended several courses like the Drama Production Course and Adult Teaching Methodology sponsored by Asia Institute of Broadcasting Development or AIDB. He is also the Board of Directors’ Representative responsible to oversee and perform internal audit on accounts and operational matters.
Changes were also made to the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Lee Chee Wah has resigned from the Company’s Board and has been replaced by Encik Mohd Nizam Tajuddin (Malaysian, Aged-35).
All changes will take effect immediately.
